This course has been designed to offer easy, quick and tasty recipes for individuals who have undergone a kidney transplant. Kidney transplantation is a surgical process of removal of a healthy kidney from a donor and its transplantation into the body of a recipient (whose kidneys are non-functional). It is a life-saving procedure.
With the help of new kidney, the lost function of the kidneys are restored. However, the medications that are required post-kidney transplantation; may pose a threat in future for nutrition related disorders like diabetes, overweight, obesity, etc. Hence, it is imperative to follow a disciplined diet routine post-kidney transplantation.
