  • There are no prerequisites for this course, except for medical clearance that applies to any form of exercise — even though Yoga is so much more than just that!


The Yogantahkarana Beginners Yoga Course comprises 17 videos and one PDF for those who prefer a more dedicated approach.

This is a complete course designed for Absolute Beginners to start their Yoga journey in the best way possible. Elements of Meditation and Relaxation are integrated in the practices offered and isolated in three dedicated videos.

The course was created with the idea in mind that even practitioners with no experience should be able to work unsupervised.

The course includes:

— Six Yoga Practices divided into ‘Lower Beginners’ and ‘Upper Beginners’  (60 and 30-min cuts)

— Sun Salutation for Beginners

— Moon Salutation for Beginners

— Three Relaxation / Meditation Practices

— One PDF to guide you through a structured course for best results.

It is strongly recommended to go for the 60-min practices. Where this is not possible, 30-min versions are available.

Practice once or twice a week following the order, building from Practice 1 up to Practice 6.

Each practice should be done at least a few times before moving on to the next.

For a structured course and one’s best development, please follow the structure indicated in the included PDF.

This approach will require a longer time but it will work wonders. Yoga is about the journey and may you have a magnificent one!

Who this course is for:

  • The course is intended for absolute beginners who are interested in Yoga, relaxation and meditation. We may be drawn to these valuable tools out of general interest or because we seek an improvement in our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
  • Each practice is available in 60 and 30-minute formats, although it is recommended to only use the 30-minute versions once the 60-minute ones have been practiced a few times.
  • The course is designed for absolute beginners to be able to work unsupervised. It can be done DIY-style but it is strongly recommend to follow the course structure in the included PDF for best results.
