This course focuses on learning the 8 key habits of healthy nutrition which you will be able to apply for the rest of your life. This course puts you in the driver seat of your health. No restrictive dieting, no more obsessing about food and no long list of forbidden foods you cannot eat.

So how does this course work?
Of course, you can go over the course content in a few hours. That will give you all the information, but change doesn’t happen because of information; change happens because of application. Therefore, I highly recommend you practise every habit for two weeks. Every habit comes with a habit-tracker that is set up for two weeks and within the habit-tracker you can see what a good pace would be to check out new videos on the habit you’re practising.
