This Workout with Bands 4 Week Fitness Plan uses the power of resistance and tension to help you get stronger in your workouts, and life.

This workout plan is geared to ALL fitness levels.

Why use bands to work out?

Well, it’s great for everyone to come back to the bands from time to time to fully activate the muscles as you will get more out of weighted workouts from doing so.

This workout plan is designed for anyone, anywhere to get an incredible workout in with limited space and a small budget for equipment.

It is perfect for home or travel workouts.

There are 6 unique workouts to do every week.

If 6 workouts per week are too much for you then do 3 workouts per week for 8 weeks instead.

Depending on the option you choose you will pick 6 or 3 days per week to do your workouts and rest on the other day/days.

The 6 workouts are:

Workout 1: ACTIVATE

Workout 2: FEEL THE HEAT

Workout 3: LONG & STRONG

Workout 4: LOAD & EXPLODE

Workout 5: TEMPO & TENSION


Make sure to schedule your workout days and time by setting reminders on your phone.

You can also easily track your workouts in your notes…

For example:

Make a folder in your notes called “Workout Progress” and then write the workout you did, what time you completed it, and how well you performed right after you complete a workout.

Equipment needed for this workout plan:

2 types of bands are used in this fitness plan.

Loop (sometimes called mini) bands … and also long (sometimes called tube) bands.

Any workout equipment that you may need or want you can get from your local fitness store.
